Included as standard
Care for nervous patients is not an add-on or an extra fee here - it is simply how we work. First appointments are longer so there is no sense of being rushed, and numbing gel is offered as standard before any injection.
Stop signals are agreed before anything begins. Raise your hand and we stop, every time, for as long as you need.
How a first visit works
There is no telling-off and no commentary on how long it has been. The point of a first appointment is that nothing happens you have not agreed to - often it is just a talk and a look.
If a visit becomes too much, we rebook it with no charge. Plenty of our patients took two or three gentle visits to get comfortable, and that is completely fine.
